Aschaffenburg, 19 August – Catella Real Estate AG is integrating the authority service of the PropTech company DocEstate into its day-to-day business. The platform for digital administrative enquiries is used primarily in the areas of asset and transaction management.
Catella Real Estate AG’s entire German property portfolio, comprising around 80 commercial and residential properties, was integrated into DocEstate’s CONNECT+ platform within just a few days. This gives the real estate experts maximum convenience and efficiency when making administrative enquiries throughout Germany.
From now on, all employees of Catella Real Estate AG can use CONNECT+ to request relevant official information online, such as land register extracts, building encumbrance information, contaminated site information or planning law information. The ordering process is designed so intuitively that administrative enquiries can be made throughout Germany within seconds. Catella Real Estate AG is thus completely outsourcing an administrative and time-consuming process.
