At this year’s Northern Bavaria Business Plan Competition, DocEstate GmbH was awarded 3rd place. The jury was convinced by the harmonisation of heterogeneous structures by means of software and platform solutions in the jungle of public authorities. Most citizens find dealing with authorities tedious and time-consuming. There was all the more understanding among companies that have to carry out such administrative procedures in large numbers and on a recurring basis. A software solution for connecting their own systems with the authorities therefore comes at just the right time. With this solution, applicants save up to 27 hours per property and receive the information two weeks faster on average. The result is a considerable saving of time and costs for the owner side.
