What is Connect+?
Connect+ is the digital interface between your real estate portfolio and all authorities in Germany. Connect+ allows you to apply for all relevant official information for your real estate transaction, real estate financing or real estate valuation at one mouse click. The information is provided online in your personal portal or alternatively in your data room.
Automatically ready on key dates
Do you need recurring up-to-date information from authorities such as land registers, information on contaminated sites and building encumbrances for subsequent valuations? No problem! The necessary information from the authorities is automatically made available to you in your personal area or data room on the key date.
Purchase
Are you in the process of purchasing a property and need information from the authorities? No problem with your personal Connect+ platform. The required information can be easily recorded by you or, if required, by our service team and added to your portfolio.

Onboarding
You give us the property address and we do the rest! We upload the current and exact property data to your personal Connect+ platform. Each branch or the responsible team then receives access.
Order
You select the property/properties. You then specify the required information for each property individually and apply for it immediately with a click. Properties currently being purchased can easily be added to the portfolio.
Procurement
The information is provided online in your personal area. Alternatively, we can also easily provide the required authority information in your data room of our data room partners (Drooms, Architrave and docunite).

Can nationwide portfolios be imported into Connect+?
Yes, the service is available for the whole of Germany, which means that all properties throughout Germany can be taken into account.
Are there ongoing fees?
No, the platform is free of charge. Costs are only incurred each time an order is placed.
Can an unlimited number of properties be included?
Yes, the inclusion of your portfolios is not limited to a certain number of properties.
How long does the onboarding process take?
The onboarding process takes 2 – 3 weeks on average. As soon as we have your property data, we start analysing the exact property data and importing it into your Connect+ platform.
