Immobilien Manager Verlag awards the technology company DocEstate first place in the Immobilienmanager Award 2022.
Bonn, 4 March 2022 – The real estate industry is an important part of the overall economy. For this reason, a high-calibre and independent jury has decided once a year since 2009, on behalf of Immobilien Manager Verlag, which company, project or person in the real estate industry is to be regarded as particularly successful. The Immobilienmanager Award of the same name is presented in 14 categories.
This year, DocEstate was nominated in the Digitalisation category alongside Art-Invest and Madaster. DocEstate acts as a digital interface between public authorities and real estate companies. Whenever property-related documents such as land register extracts, cadastral maps, contaminated site information or building encumbrance information are required – all of which are basic prerequisites for a successful real estate transaction – these can be requested and retrieved online through DocEstate’s service. In addition to conventional official information, the PropTech also offers additional services such as building file inspections. Everything is provided via the innovative Connect+ platform, which is structured like a digital shopping basket and through which all official information in Germany can be ordered and downloaded.

The award ceremony for the Immobilienmanager Award 2022 took place at the Kölner Motorwelt in the form of a large gala evening with 400 decision-makers from the real estate industry under the strictest hygiene regulations. There, DocEstate impressed with its innovative contribution to the digitalisation of the real estate industry and thus won the coveted “Oscar of the real estate industry”.
